I'm ready to go back to LA now. What a depressing couple of days it's been.

I showed the comic to my mom. I don't think she really liked it. Watching her read it, I realized that it's awfully lesbian centric. Unintentional, but I gotta finish the story arc before I can move on. I promise there's more to it than that. I have so much crap going on.

I think I'm going to get a rat when I get back to LA. I want to get a really young one so I can train it to sit on my shoulder and be bored by things. I don't have anyone else to hang out with. Does anyone know anything about rats?


I need a change. Do I say that a lot?

So I'm staying with my family back in Colorado now. Things have been pretty good except that I can't hardly get any work done here with constant distractions and unfamiliar working conditions. There's a few things I'm excited about though:

One: I'm putting up two new websites very soon. One is for my digital sketchbook and the other is for my newish ongoing comic Grass is Green, which can be viewed in the Dating Sucks group or in my pics section here on SG. It's gonna be snazzy. Perhaps too snazzy.

Two: I'm getting started on the long list of fan art and drawing requests that I have. If you have asked me for something and i said I would make it, then know that I have not forgotten, and I will do it, but It's slow going with hours and hours of school every week plus two webcomics. I'll put up a list with progress later on.

I fly back home tomorrow morning to re-experience snow since I'm probably a cold weather wuss now thanks to California's never changing weather. Sorry, L.A.'s never changing weather.

I'll be working on some texturing projects as well as comics and some of the drawings I said I would do for people. I've just been busy; I have not forgotten.

I lost my wallet, which is pretty exciting. I'm usually a pretty happy person, but sometimes I think it all just catches up with me, and usually on the same day. I still pretty much feel like this though:



I obviously don't know shit about anything, but nobody else is considerate enough, let alone fucking qualified to tell me that.

I don't know what I'm doing with myself, but I don't know what else to do. I can't identify with the people closest to me or their lifestyles. I've failed in too many ways to count.
