its hard because everyones light is different. You have to just do things that feel right to you..and hopefully before you know it things will be better. I am going through the same with lost in the dark..so no words of wisdom but I know how you feel and I am sorry *hugs*

Honey, I think we've all been there. I went through a pretty dark period of my life a few years back, and it didn't really get better until I had a wake up call. But I can assure you, wanting to end it through other means will solve nothing. Take it from me. I tried it and almost "succeeded" in doing the most selfish act imaginable. A couple of minutes and CPR made the difference. Looking back now, I'm glad I'm still alive and am able to experience everything.

You can PM me if you need to talk, and I can give you my e-mail if necessary. Just don't try anything you'll regret. There's always a light at the end of the tunnel...even if you can't personally see it...I assure you its there.

A lot of us have been through this. It may not feel like it now, but it will get better in time. Please talk to someone before you do anything drastic.
