Quickie illustration I did inbetween churning out stuff today... time to pack up my pencils and go home -- Yessireeeeee!! ... working late and having my own little Red Hot Chili Peppers music festival on LOUD!!!

What happened you migth ask??? -- well, the new Madam & Eve book arrived from the printers -- looks all fab, colours excellent, print quality good -- and then... AAAARGH!!
Turns out a whole bunch of them have shredded edges on the back covers caused by blunt blades when the trim the books at the factory!! What a fuckin' waste!! Waiting to see how much damage there actually is and what kind of delay it'll cause in getting them to stores!!!
DOUBLE-AAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!

Creative burnout is not a pretty sight... or at least I dont think it is... but then I'm not exactly a pretty sight at the best of days. The virginal canvases remain virginal... I can't stand the sight of a blank piece of paper and pencils staring at me... the normal urge to fill it with crazy doodles and drawlings just doesn't kick in. The work stuff keeps it's own momentum... but MAN, is it a chore at the moment.
I think I have finally become my own inner Blase Pig... scary thought, that!
