This long weekend is sucking...... Not happy. *sigh*

Things are still going well in the personal life dept. Don't want to jinx it - so that's all I'm gonna' say at this moment.......
I am going on a camp out tomorrow night with my horse, and fellow KTRA members. ( Kensington Trail Riders Association -) There will be horses , live music, horse trailers, campers and tents. Also much beer and wine and a PIG ROAST! For those of you that have never had fresh pulled pork - you are missing out on one of the best parts about living on this planet! I had the opportunity to try that for the first time in England when I lived over there - Yes - It IS a whole pig turning round on a spit!
Yes, my current bf is coming with - and - You won't believe this - We are going to sleep in a TENT! Yes, this Princess is going to do something she hasn't done since she was 12...... Wish me luck - Hell - It's only for 1 night -
In other news - I had to take out my diamond dermal piercing on my chest. After the sun and sunblock in Cancun, my skin rejected it There's a first..... So I put it in my ear - tragus piercing. At least people will see it - it is a 33 point diamond, after all...... A girl must wear her diamonds after all!

I feel like a teenager again - Life is like a rollercoaster for me as of late.
I just got back from the Mexican Riviera - the trip my boyfriend bailed out on - Well my kids rallied, and they got tickets to go with me! BEST KIDS IN THE WHOLE WORLD We had an awesome time! Before I left, I went out on a few dates with a pretty decent man. Well - he drove me to, and picked me up from, the airport. I was really nervous about getting involved so soon after all my clusterfuck of bad experiences - but he was gently insistent, and I have been seeing him - and - Well yes - I have fallen for him!!!
I don't know what the future holds and I'm going to stop worrying about it - Really!

Happy

I'm back from the Mexican Riviera - Had a blast with my kids and their friends.
Things are looking up in my love life too - More on that later.......

'And now I am sick with a persistent cough and a lost voice - first time I've been sick in about 5 years. :eek

My ex-husband is getting married in 2 weeks. I'm not altogether shocked - but I do wonder why it took me 10 years to decide to ask for a divorce, and after so much angst....... I could have been in my forties and single, instead of my fifties - And yes, I think that makes a difference.......

I'm all moved into my new place, and it looks terrific! tonight I get to take a shower in my newly tiled bathroom - My piano was delivered today ( baby grand ). Now I need to get my music major son over to play for me -
