I think this week was always going to be surreal.
And parts of the last month or so have been hard, but it's nothing that I can't or won't get through.

It, perhaps, did not unfold the way that it was supposed to. But then, how much can you rely on they way things are supposed to go, until they do or do not? Who says anything is supposed to do or be anything?
If you keep trying to predict your life you will just keep being disappointed.

Things happen for a reason and I regret nothing that has happened this year.
Things also change for a reason. I have made realisations about myself recently that were tough to grasp, but ultimately they needed to be seen. So changes are being made
I moved, for a start.
I have a bed now! And a room. (How modern!) Kaikai gets her couch back, Fry gets his keys back, and I will be ever grateful to them both for putting me up for so long.
And I miss Kai's roast dinners.

I'm making moves to get things going in.. a useful direction.
I'm sort of still trying to find that direction and you'd think at the age of 24 (and three quarters) I'd have a bit more of an idea... but I am an ever fidgety human female, and I just get itchy feet.
Some call it a short attention span.
I call it an artists temperament.
I like to make things. I like to write. I like to discover how things fit together. I usually like to be anywhere except the exact place I am at any given time.

I just want to make ALL THE DRESSES.

I have some good people around me. Some incredible ones in fact, that I'd be a lot worse off without.
I live in an amazing city that I adore and I am constantly learning new things about.

The next step is finding a job to keep me here.
