Going to Vegas tuesday for 4 days. Playing in the World Series of Poker. I've been practicing like crazy lately, and reading everything I can. I'm playing the best I ever have, and reading people even better. If I get a little lucky, I like my chances...

Work is just boring the fuck out of me. I am now down to less than 10 hours a week. I set my own schedule, but I am so unmotivated it's sick. I still get my full salary, but sooner or later my lack of interest and work will catch up on me. I am really determined to get moving again, and at least put in 30 hours or so.

It's crazy how much they pay me, but I did bring a ton of business over when I first came on board two years ago. That has to be worth something. Gah.

Work is going better. I stopped whining and just started working at some accounts that need improvement. The band is going okay. I'm not real happy with the direction, but both guys can really sing. We just need to work on the groove. it's weird being the best player in the band, usually I have been the worst and trying to catch up. Now I'm leading. It's still fun and I get to keep my chops up in case something else comes up.

The house is up for sale. I hope it goes quick. The new place is great and convenient. Closer to Dad's, and closer to my sister. Hello Wheatfield!!!

Work is sucking lately. I'm so fucking bored. I make big money, but it is lifeless. I don't think my boss is happy with my effort either. I just don't love it right now. I need to keep the job though seeing I'm buying a new McMansion this summer. Fucking Material things running my life. groan.
