Sister seems to be having contractions last night... though she said she wouldn't tell anyone but me until she was sure it was happening. She says they told her wait until they are about 10 minutes apart or her water breaks. My friend that was knocked up at the same time had her kid last night around 8pm. She had a little girl. I swear THAT chick is a way bigger geek than me. She began having contractions and just sat on her couch and kept on watching her Star Trek TNG to the END. Then went to the hospital. She said "I figure if I have to sit there waiting why not do it at home until the last minute watching Star Trek"? LOL Fuckin' SUPER GEEK MOM!

Now... Sister going to have my Nephew soon. My Mom is planning on being in the hospital for it. She says "its a little weird, watching my baby have a baby". Also Mom tells sister "I'm happy to have you want me in your room while you do this, but I'm sure you are just asking me to be nice. I'll beat you'd rather have your boyfriend there." The Sister replies "fuck him! I want my Mom next to me!"

Gonna go get some balloons to stuff the onsies that I got my nephew. Going to paint goofy nerd shit on 'em. Mom was giving me "soft" shit about that. Saying "you sure that stuffs safe for a baby?" Well. Its nontoxic. But knowing my Sister.... who is allergic to a bunch of shit, as are all my siblings, then the kid might have a reaction... maybe a small rash where the paint in on the other side of the outfit... if so, she takes it off him and never puts it back on. Tosses them in a little box or something for "baby memories" shit.

Sister is also going to take my suggestion of taking a picture of the baby every single day in a similar area for as long as she can remember to do so. Wondering how long she'll be able to remember to.
