Sooo I think Im going on the RAW diet, for at least the 100 days it says to try and do.... but I think if I like it I may just make it a change in my lifestyle. I already know that giving up drinking is just proably not going to happen, seems no matter how hard I try, I just like beer and I cant help that. A few of my family members have been on this RAW diet for a few weeks and really seem to enjoy it, they say that the recipes are really good and it doesnt take long to forget about wanting or feeling the need for "cooked" food. Plus they have lost a lot of weight, which is good for them, I wouldnt mind losing some as well but I feel that I am in good health as far as that goes..... I usually run everyday and am in the gym a few times a week sooooo.
Everyone seems to be so busy lately, and not excluding myself. Unfortunately for me it is just school work. All of my friends are getting engaged and/or married, plus having kids...... I kind of feel left behind a little
But I guess I gotta just keep on keepin on like I always do....
Speaking of that, I really think after I have graduated Im out of this landlubber state and of to Cali where I belong, with a surf board and a PBR, I really just cannot stand this state anymore, and a lot of the people in it, besides my family of course....
Anyway I guess Im rambling as always... hiope everyone is doing fantastic!!
