So I went for what I thought was an interview the other day... and let me tell you I was super excited. I bought a new suit, snuck out of work early, drove to the interview to find that they had my resume in the wrong pile and had filled the position I was interviewing for the previous week. I was pretty much crushed, crumpled and otherwise destroyed.

On a positive note I am finally getting excited about a couple of projects I have coming up with school and as side work. Hopefully that excitement will carry me through rest of the winter. I am so done with winter already this year that it ain't funny. I have been doing better on waking up early, now I need to focus on getting back into the gym...

Tired as hell.... trying to teach myself to get up earlier. I am looking for a more professional company to work for and most of the ones I am looking at are closer in to St. Louis than the one I have now. It already takes me 45 minutes to drive to work so I am not looking forward to adding to that, but I am definitely looking forward to a new opportunity to learn and grow as a designer. We'll see what happens.

Snowed like a mother fucker here last night.. gonna have to take my wife's ride and she can work from home... works out for both of us . Probably won't be on again till late tonight since I have my 3d animation class tonight, but hopefully I won't be up to late either since I have an interview on Friday! Alright... gotta go get ready for the grind and I can smell my coffee from here... yummmmmm...

A friend of mine from school who is also on here told me that my profile was boring... the word boring hurts my feelings so I am trying to get a little more involved. Not much going on right now on a personal level because of holidays and running around. I really am getting the feeling that I need to rededicate my self to my design and getting better at my craft. Hopefully that will give me more to write about!
