True Love... Does such a thing exist?

Like the neurochemistry in our brains, I believe no two person's answer to that question is the same. I think it can be found, but there isn't a "One and Only" out there. In fact, there are multiple potential partners throughout the world who compliment our relatively odd personalities. I only ask this because recently I've hit my "cycle" once again. Every 4, 5 months I suddenly receive looks from a couple women simultaneously, for no reason in particular. All of them highly charismatic, energetic, creative, quick-witted, intelligent types with traits and skills unique to their interests and upbringing.

I can see myself developing feelings for any one of them.
...or ALL of them at once.



Simply put, I'm unsure of the merits of monogamy. I haven't been in a relationship for about a decade (and that gal cheated on me); the time in between has been absurdly more miss than hit. When younger I had all these terribly unrealistic notions about how a relationship works, and I would do most of the grunt work while the lady would never put in her share. Nothing incredibly demanding, just y'know returning genuine affection and all that bullshit. For a time, I lowered my standards considerably and still, nothing stuck.

No matter what, I could never get that level of affection and consideration on an individual basis yet it seems to come in bunches when I'm swarmed. Granted, nothing physical has happened yet... but why not give it a go?

Meanwhile, I've been using my phone and its apps to create pervy "postcards".
