I feel like I'm lagging. I wonder what's out there that can...

Enhance immune system productivity.

Burn calories.

Work the core muscles.

Boost the metabolism and overall esteem.

Decrease one's risk of heart disease.

Increase one's life span.

...and feels pretty damn good from what i can remember.

haha I wish it was intentional...and good choices, I was also a fan of Beast, he seemed to have a softer humanity than most, if not all, of the other characters. Also a fan of Gambit & Rogue, but Wolverine has my heart forever.

Pole fitness and dancing and those crazy viking strength endurance stamina classes that I am taking. Holy shit they are a crazy intense fun work out!
