There is no money to be made in curing illnesses in people. The only way to rake the cash in is to :
1. make, and keep, the people sick, and if you can't get them physically sick then you will get them psychologically sick.
2. offer up a medicine to ease the symptoms (NB ease the symptoms NOT cure the ailment).

Thoughts, on FDA corruption, nutrition, the sad state of affairs concerning mental illnesses in people. Also another thing on my mind lately is addicts and our treatment of them.. Doesn't it make sence that an addiction to an illicit substance is a health issue not a criminal issue? I mean obviously to feed to addiction lots of crime generally ties in.. But i think our treatment of addicts is inherently wrong.. considering addiction has to do with physical health and mental health.. Addicts are sick and I think should therefore be treated with a degree of caring and some human empathy..

I hear you.. I've often thought about the fact that companies make more money from selling us tissues, cough mixture, vitamins, headache tablets and cold/flu tablets than they would from a vaccine which protects us from various flu virus strains.

Not to mention the other side of it when you think of people in co-dependent relationships who feel valued when they're "helping" someone with a mental illness, and consequently become a blockade to their recovery...

In other more important news... where are you dearest?! Your subscription has lapsed?! frown Hope you're well!
