Well this week has just been fucking wonderful so far. My bests friend ever (who the SDSG crew will meet next time there is a chance) moved back into town on what was going to be some horrible reasons but ended up not mattering and just meant she is here a month or so earlier then expected. Went out to lunch with her on Sunday and what ends up happening? All kinds of error messages on my cars display. ABS and Traction Control out and needing service? Fuck life. Turns out though that it was just kidding...sorta. Took it into my mechanic and he looks at it and finds that the radiator is cracked and needs to be replaced and my transmission fluid is black and I'm a gallon low on coolant.

How the hell does my poor car manage to stay at the same level for engine temp with almost no coolant? Apparently it's a BAMF. Anyways we worked things out and I ended up owning $675 for the work along with an oil change thrown in because I needed it anyways. Also when I pick up the car it turns out they found that two of my engine mounts are broken. Goody. I'll deal with that another time.
Other than that not a whole lot has been going on. Thinking about going into the military again, my friend Megan (the one in the Air Force) gave me some more info about what they are looking for in drone pilots and has me partially convinced to just go and do it. All it takes is one more day like last Friday and I think I might. Boss treats me like I'm part of the military except I don't get cool toys and PT to stay in shape. Oh and I can't afford my own place either.

Man it's been a long week. Had a friend come visit last Friday and stayed through until Sunday. Went out with the SDSG crew for sausage and drinks, had a blast doing it to. Big thanks to them for letting her come along! Hit the Zoo on Saturday and just lazed around on Sunday because I was to tired to do anything else before she had to leave. Had another friend come down from LA for karaoke last night and then we hit the Wild Animal Park (I refuse to use it's new name!) today and I'm going to celebrate one of my buddies birthdays tonight.
This is the most social I've been in a long time... Feels so strange to have gotten sun instead of just sitting in the house all day playing game and watching movies.

Was my one year anniversary at work today and it turned out to be a totally crap day. Brought doughnuts to work figuring I would do something nice because I was sure they would have a lunch or something for me right? Yeah. not a chance. Instead I spent the entire day being micromanaged by my boss who decided to suddenly take an interest in how I work. I swear I almost quit on three separate occasions on the spot knowing that I could just sell my car and move in with a friend in a different state until I got a new job.
The only good thing about today was knowing I was going to the midnight opening of Thor tonight with the old gang from high school. But for now I need a beer (or maybe the last four I have in the fridge) and a long session with my hookah.

I'm been sitting at my computer for nearly an hour trying to figure out how to start in about last night and I'm still not sure what to say. Had an SDSG/Chatter gathering last night that was a blast. Drinking at the Proper Gastro Pub and then over to Eden for dancing and a good time for all.

It's been a long week and it's not even half over yet... Thought I lost my wallet and was an hour and a half late for work looking for it. Turns out the sneaky bastard was hiding just on the other side of my computer chair. Don't I feel like an idiot now? The only good pieces of news is that my new mouse showed up today so my laptop is finally all set and ready to come with me anywhere I go. Also I'm going to the SDSG open event so I'm sure I'll be meeting some awesome people and hopefully some new friends.
Other then that the only things I have to look forward this week it seems is more days like today. Had to explain to the same customer three times that unless they knew what their SSID was there was nothing I could do to help her get her radio hooked up to her network. Sometimes I really wish someone would just put a bullet in my head...

My laptop got here today!!!! 
I'm so excited to finally have a laptop again. My last one overheated so badly that the soldering inside the thing actually melted in some places. Just wasn't worth repairing anymore so I finally gave up on it and haven't had a laptop for almost two years. Mostly going to be using this thing for doing photo shoots and picture editing I think. Still have time to decide for sure while I remove the last of the bloatware that Dell installs. Sure hope that I get it all...
Other then that this week has been rather strange. Work has been slower then normally, I actually left work an hour early after sitting around waiting for a phone call, ticket or email to come in. The rest of the week wasn't much better. Mornings were decently busy but once it hit about 1-1:30 everything sorta died and I was just left sitting around watching Netflix...not that I mind getting paid to watch anime on Netflix. Also let me find two new anime that I love. One, sadly, is already over and the other I'm going to have to look for if I want to see the second season since Netflix doesn't have it yet. Oh well, that's what the rest of the internet is for.

Went to traffic court and had a judge confirm what I had found on my own so I plead not guilty on my red light camera ticket. But I forgot the speeding ticket here so I'm going to have to go in again to deal with that... Got to work around 1ish and jumped into work only to have the most frustrating three hours this week. Same people kept calling in and complaining that the couldn't get their units working correctly or that they didn't want to pay to send the unit in for a repair. Then the boss told me that I need to relax because he thought I was slamming my hands on the desk. All I did was drop my hand onto my mouse pad to grab my mouse. I swear one of these days I'm going to tell him to just got he fuck back to Canada...
Anyways that's my rant for the day and hopefully for the week. Have a party this weekend with a friend (I'll try and get a few pictures) and hopefully kickball with some of the people from high school Saturday.

Update: And now just to top off my night I got a ticket. Cop claims I was going 55 and I say I was going 45. My eye is freaking out now and wont stop twitching, not sure when it's going to stop since it only happens when the stress is about ready to give me a breakdown...
