so .. for those of you who are curious as to how i'm doing post-surgery ..

i'm doing extremely well. the whole procedure took a couple hours longer than expected, but that's just because he was basically doing two different procedures at the same time (the lift, and then the augmentation). jason and i left the hospital and went home. i got sick a couple of times, seemed to be from the anesthesia. but .. we went home, i napped/laid around for about three hours, and then i was up and about. we went shopping and everything like nothing happened. seemed kinda crazy.

we cut my gauze off the next morning and .. damn .. i love my boobs. they are exactly how i wanted them to be. i told him i wanted a small implant just to fill me out and to make sure i maintain my size (because i'd lose a little bit with all he had to remove with the lift). he managed to pick out the perfect implant sizes that i'm still fitting into my old bras with no problem (38D). only difference now, is that they sit higher and are full for the first time ever .. and still look so natural.

i'm really in awe.

best part .. i've been in almost no pain at all. only "pain" i feel is the absolutely terribly ache-y feeling i get when i was sit up in bed in the morning. gravity is not my friend at the moment. so .. i'm only taking maybe half of the amount of pain killers that i'm supposed to. just .. haven't needed them (good thing, because i absolutely hate pain killers).

went in yesterday morning for my first post-op check-up. everything looks good, and i'll be going back in on wednesday to have my stitches and whatnot removed. i can't wait. i want to play with these bad boys so bad. been playing with them a bunch already, but i obviously need to use caution.

I'd post pictures, but they're all franken-boob-ish at the moment thanks to the stitches and the fact that i'm a heavy bruiser (though most of my bruising has already healed up). i'd rather show you guys the progress pictures after i've had my stitches removed.

i'll just show this. a picture of my chest while i was trying on bathing suits the day i cut off the bandages. i'm so stoked that i can get away with strapless stuff without having to worry about sagging and weighing it down and looking terrible.

Alright. So .. this is another .. not real blog post (well .. not for me, if you know how i normally blog) but .. i'm working 150 hours straight and .. i wanna die .. and haven't had much energy/time to write.

i'm having the procedure done that i had blogged about (and received lots of hate for) a couple months ago on monday (the 6th). taking a week of vacation for it to recoop, so i'll be around a whooole bunch out of boredom so .. expect big, real updates and lots and lots of pictures.
