i never update.
hello world.im still alive.

i'm away at university, which isn't
really away in internet land, now is it?
anyway...
the town is ridiculous on itself and
the school I moved here to attend no
longer hosts my major. i am stuck
until my lease it out. how lovely.

going homeward for x-mas soon.
a tiny-tiny-tiny town.
nothing to do, but plenty of outdoors.
i know where i'll be spending my winter holiday...

As much as I would rather be miles from here...
at least the flakes are pretty enough to dance in.

I probably won't be going inside much tonight.

I think I'm already missing the warmer months...

To celebrate the season
and the first time in five years
I've had any sort of free time
around the holidays:

Sparkleballs.
They're tacky. They're ridiculous.
They're Christmas embodied.

The tree went up last night.
It was short, so the piano bench
went underneath. It's cute.

Went to the Zoo yesterday!

We really missed a lot due to rain.
I did, however, get a couple of field guides while we waited out the storm.







Wish we could have stayed longer.

shopping sucks.
i much rather pay $30 for fabric
and make things the way i want them.
i used to get things off of ebay and other random 'net
shoppes (supporting the craftsters) until I bought a pair of shoes
for $120 that came to me a size too small.
"whoops" and no further reply.


i guess being a rural area
doesn't help your
fashion sense too much
when it comes to clothes.


this is much nicer to me than a rack of skirts
that everyone with 20 bucks will be
wearing this summer.

Rainy days are fun!
I like mud. yes i do.

Yoga is fun.
(I had my first class today)

I had the most perfect day.
No classes, and walks by myself.
(a little time to clear my head)

Tomorrow is PAYDAY!
...and also my day off.
(secret - it takes $100 & 30 minutes to get to Chicago via plane)
I need a new job.
