Talked to the IRS. Looks like because I e-filed my taxes already I have a greater chance of them taxing all the back taxes from me. No clue what the ex is doing. Called and left a polite voice mail for him. So hopefully he can be civil. Crosses fingers he gives me at least half of it.

Update: he agreed to give me 400 out of the 690. All I have to do now if make sure I get it from him

He put it in a text. I should make sure he signs a notarized letter. Im pretty sure he will pay or I will make sure to pack his 1000 sca tent in my uhual when I move.

the text should be enough if you ever feel the need to take him to small claims court. It is just good to get more than a verbal agreement to such things.
