Oops it's been a while. Anyhow, I've been dipping my toe into Hinduism. I love the colour and vitality, and as a result of becoming vegetarian and practicing yoga and meditation (albeit lacking a little discipline), in many ways I feel a lot better about life.

Feelin' really good, high as a kite on anti-depressants! Having a mild flirtation with a girl at work, but she's spoken for, and quite frankly this stuff is making me want to flirt with everyone.

I've got to say I'm feeling much better, the last 2 days my mood has really levelled out. I have been rather manic of late, mostly down but with the occasional nutty spell: I'm a cosmic squirrel.
