I need this book!

good woman. i gave up at christmas, i had a relapse when i went away (a 200 ciggie relapse) but im off them again now. allen carrs book is pretty good. i realised how stupid i was to smoke in the first place. thanks by the way. bday was cool.

I keep cutting down to half a pack a day, but then I get stressed and end up smoking the whole pack...

I think I will see if I can pick up a copy. All the methods I've tried haven't seemed to work, so I guess it's time to try something new.

I think i saw that allen carr talking about his book on tv some months ago.... is he the guy who takes a different approach and just says... well you want to stop... so it's want you want to do so it's good and smoking is bad... ... but says it a wee bit more eloqueltly!! And i HAVE got spell check but STILL canna spell fr toffee :o)

I meant it. I like the movement. You never had the same pose back to back and it kep the eye moving. BTW I couldn't quit, just cut down to at night when the day is done. I would like the know the name of this book.
