I see it completely differently. I'm not confidetn that Manny will put up huge numers without a healthy Ortiz behind him. Still good, but not amazing. Lyon I didn't care about at all since I had 4 other closers in a 14 team league. Figgins has already made two DL stints this year. A-Rod got off to a slow start, but he is heating up and, if his career tells us anything, he'll have his numbers by the time the season ends. Bourn is hitting somewhere around .230 and isn't getting full playing time, he plays most of the time, but they bench him often. Utley is a stud, but he's probably already put up the best of his numbers. Add to that the two guys that I was able to pick up off of free agency by doing a 3-for-1 with you.

The ultimate break down is something like Manny, Figgins, Lyon and Bourn for A-Rod, Pierre, and two spots that, if I am remembering right, are now occupied by Jeff Francis and Francisco Liriano.

You know what's funny, I misread your comment earlier and thought you were saying that I had made a bad deal.....that's why I put up my reasoning. now all I need is for Francis to run off a second half like he had last year and Liriano to come back to the bigs and dominate. of course, all of this is too late to help me beat PointBlank, he's whooping my ass this week.
