By Christ, how long since an update? To be totally honest I haven't been here much at all!!! I've popped on every now and again (almost came here using work computer which would be frowned upon slightly. I dunno, something something inappropriate something sacked)
So, what's been happening in the wonderful world of me? Not a great deal to be happy about admittedly but I'm getting back on my feet after a critical and diabolical cash crisis. Hopefully now I'm consulting the Citizen's Advice we can get something in shape.
Wedding plans? Well, we have the room, the reception, the catering will be sorted by family friend, photographer is booked (and by something important he cost some money) I just have to sort the kilts out for me and the lads. Apparently Liz already ahs her wedding dress. Of course, I'm not allowed to see it because that would be bad luck. Now she wants to come investigating kilt patterns "to see if they're shit". Fuck no, you won't let me see your dress, so I'm not showing you mine. I've told you what I want, that's fucking final, mmmmkay? Cue me on edge for fear of slaps.
I often ponder about how much under the thumb I am. I mean, in some respects, I feel quite happy about it. I'm made, I've got someone trying to keep me in touch. Great. I just have periods of anger some times, and my free will starts to assert itself, and get all mardy about how I'm ordered about so much. Deep down it does bother me, but I just accept my situation because I'm so damn happy to be with her I can put up with a lot of crap. That's not been such a great thing in the past but thankfully all that's been put to rest.
If you've been my friend for some time, you'll have vague clues as to what that last line refers to. If you do, then the feelings I have for him have not changed. His circumstances have changed which one might make me think I should be relieved. I was never fearful though. I wasn't scared that he might destroy my life or such. I'm just angry that at one point he had teh chance to really disintergrate my emotions.
and if you didn't know, I'm sure you have some vague idea from that statement.
No, I'm here for a long while now, so why the hell don't I just make use fo the time I've got and try and make some more friends, and start to be active more. I'm heading for SGUK again, but I need to be more active with my niceness genes.

I received an offer to rejoin which seemed cheap, so I took it. Perhaps not the best way to be saving my money but still
So, what has happened since last time? I've passed my driving test, I have a (fantastic) car, and me and Liz have finally set a date for the wedding. June 23rd 2007,4pm Dudley Registry office Here it is!!! and I'm really excited
I'm still working in the same shithole job, with no prospects and no happiness. Still, I try and stay positive about it.
So, this time around, I'm gonna try and be more involved in groups, with friends, with all sorts. I'm gonna make more of an effort, because otherwise it's just a waste being here. What's the point of paying for a year's membership if all I'm gonna do is look at women? I mean, ok, that's cool and all, but I want to branch out and make some friends!!!

I feel rotten this morning. I went to the pub last night for a ausual Friday at the pub. Red wine, mj, and three really close friends. all good. well, it was supposed to be. My closest friend Ben started to take the piss. Now, generally when people take the piss out of me, I laugh it off. I do it enough to people in jest, I expect nothing different. But you know when one person says COMPLETELY the wrong statement that makes you feel small, inadequate, and really the worst person at the table? Well, this wasn't helped by the bloke I stopped on the way somewhere to ask a question, who then tried to be friends with us and came out with the racist joke. Boy, would he have been fun to break and throw in the canal. Believe me, it was nearly that bad. But, I used the diplomatic message. Well, iof telling him to fucking leave was the more-diplomatic choice at the time.
Grr, and now my knees are killing.

So, I've bought a new mp3 player, 5gb, £130. I thought that was good. And it's not an Apple "needs an ew £40 battery after 18 months" Ipod. Har har.
Work sucks. I'm bored with it. Nothing more to be said.
I start a diet as of Monday. Liz is joining me with it as well, although I don't really think she needs to lose that much!!! But there you go!!! So, in celebration that we're having a diet, we're eating a nice big juicy fry-up tonight.
I'm working on the new design for my site at the moment. It needed it as I haven't been touching it and it looked crap. So, hopefully now it's gonna be better. I'm working at it slowly, a page a t a time. Hopefully that'll work better than me sitting there for 5 hours making it, because after the first two, I get bored and just can't wait to finish it, so it gets rushed. A page a day make it good, so I should be finished by the back end of next week (hpefully, if I don't get stoned too much!)

My quest to build our dvd collection has started. first three DVDs on rental from new place have arrived today. Well, they're not for me really. Liz is the Sta Wars fan, and wants to watch them before Episode Three comes out. I may give them a chance.

Christ aloud, I should update more often!!! So, What's been happening in the world of me? I've bought a bike to get excercise in, by riding to and from work daily, and going out 3 dinners a week for half an hour. it's quite fun, but at the moment it's killing me.
I've subscribed to Tesco DVD rental, so all the copies I'm going to make are going to bump up my already healthy collection

I'm currently listening to Dropkick Murphys EP sitting in my boxers, and I should really be getting ready for work. Fuck it though. I'll blame the snow. I hate snow.
Now I passed my driving test (YAY) I'm doing Pass Plus. Had a two hour lesson last night in the snow. I've never driven in it before so I panicked immensely. Not a good combo. my instructor still passed me for it though, which is odd. Perhaps he's trying to get rid of me or summat?
Argh, Anti-Virus software is pissing me off. Argh, I need the loo.
