Back from vacation. Ready to get back into the routine and back to diet and exercise.
in the 20+ years I have been playing soccer, this was the most fun I have ever had. We have a wonderful group of people who have come together to enjoy the game and win a championship for a bunch of late 20- early 30 year old men (and one woman). I'm truest blessed in my old age to have found a group of people that I like this much.
Thanks Son's of Ben Zolo's for a great season!

Philadelphia vs Pittsburgh
This is not for children to be watching.
What a battle

I didn't mean to watching nothing but baseball all day, but it's happening, sorry.
St. Pat's, a good one, and the Wife's B-Day. Surprising her with a big gathering at the Grey Lodge...should be good drinking anyway.
My usual monthly update now has link for all of us here in the States (but I guess anyone could take it for fun)

I think I found the question that pinpointed my accent, but see if it gets you right? It was dead on for me, fun.
Otherwise, good people with bigger problems in their lives, marriages, families, etc. The older I am getting, the sadder I am that we are struggling to enjoy life. We only do this once folks (that we know of), so try to make the best of it.
Sure, that sounds easy and all, but big picture shit has to start to come around for people every now and again. As for me, I fall victim to the daily grind and all that goes with it, so I write this as much for myself as I do for the masses (that probably won't be reading).
A tip for happiness by me...
Remember, I am the single most important person to me. Why is that important to note. Well, if we don't view ourselves in a way that makes us happy, it's really tough to be happy with others. Setting oneself up for greatness is only possible through understanding what makes ourselves happy. Then you can share your happiness with others.
On that note, I need to do something "manly" now...like...look at some pictures on this wonderful site.
peace
