lovely rcn....

my home internet connection is *down* as of yesterday....

in the city of chicago it takes rcn not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, but 6 days to send a tech to the apartment to diagnose the issue. so my place won't have internet until mid-week

does that seem insane to you? how could my modem or cables become "faulty" in the not-even 6 months that i have lived here?

thankfully, the coffee studio in andersonville gives some free connection time.
so in the next few days you might come to find us visiting longer than usual.
anyone up for coffee?
