Gender Confirmation Surgery Day #30:
I had my first post op orgasm today!!!!!
I have to dilate five times a day and have been for the last two and a half weeks or so, but this was only my third attempt at having some fun with it. And it was worth it!

Apparently my surgery went well and I seem to be recovering pretty well.
I've had some swelling and soreness in my breasts and vag. But I'm thinking that's to be expected. The doc told me the surgery took longer than expected because I was "bigger" than average. I'm sorta not buying that, but if she says so it's kinda funny.
Well, that's it. Now just recovery time ahead. I'm gonna have to dilate six times a day for two months. Yes, that's right. I HAVE to use a dildo six times a day. Doctor's orders. That'll take the fun out of things fast.
I'll worry for now about walking. Have yet to cross that bridge.
