so i've actually graduated now. and my dad came to London for a week. we did lots of touristy things. and saw Zorro and Buddy Holly. Zorro was so awesome! i would very much recommend it. Buddy Holly was good as well, but i'd already seen in in CA before and Zorro's more my style really.

i've been in the Dance Movement Therapy summer school for the past four days as well (it started the day my dad left). it's been an amazing experience so far, although i'm tired and sore (i keep waking up in the middle of the night with horrible cramps!) and in all kinds of emotional turmoil. it's a 5 day taster for people considering the MA (so only one more day left frown ). i'm not sure what i'm going to do. i think DMT is something i would like to go into, but i don't know if i'm ready to go into training. i feel like i should take a year off, try to get some kind of clinical experience and put myself in therapy to try to work out my own problems, but what would i do after that? do i want to take the course here or go back to the states and take one there? i don't know. i don't know if i want to be here for another 3 years (4 if i take a year off first).

i'm glad the sun has been out for a few days, even though it has made dancing all day really hot and sticky business.

the same day as my dad left and i started the summer school was also the SGUK meet. first one i've been to in over a year! it was fun though. i'll make the effort to go more often. not that i have a job or money or anything.

i'm going to clean my room and keep ignoring all these pressing problems for a little bit longer. i'll think about them after i'm done with the course. it's been really nice to focus on it these past few days.

it's a good thing ed isn't on line right now because i'm slightly less than sobre. and i miss him frown

it was an amusing night though on the whole. flatmate's birthday. we watched Stardust then played the Baron Munchousen drinking game, which was rather ridiculous. and i had to switch drinks with one of our friends halfway through because he got too drunk. i almost never drink much, especially when i'm so sad because it just makes me feel worse. i expect i'll cry myself to sleep tonight again. oh joy.

there;s so much more wrong at the moment than just a breakup. luckily im not wearing my glasses right now and can't be bothered to go into it all so you don't have to deal with more whining. sorry for the typos.

what on earth did i do to get such bad karma? blackeyed

Well, not that much has been going on since the last time I wrote, dispite it being several weeks ago. I shall make you a list of what happened during spring break!

-I went to Wales for the first week and worked for my mother like a little slave (except not like a slave at all because she paid me quite well).

-Then i came back to London and tried to get some uni work done (I say tried because i ended up thoroughly cleaning the front room of our flat. i live with three boys. it took an entire day and a half)

-My drama group now has a venue for the Edinbourgh Fringe and we've started paying for stuff, which means that we're actually going to go! i think that's quite exciting biggrin

-I got new glasses. they are very sexy (in my humble opinion) but you don't get to see them until i have a better picture!

-I've also decided there's no point in continuing to look for a job until i get my work in (OMG less than three weeks!). it's crunch time now and i don't need the added stress. besides,my mother wants me to go back to wales as soon as i'm done with uni stuff so i can keep the business ticking over while she's away and i'll want a full time job when i get back from that.

So yes, not the most exciting spring break ever, but it was nice anyway. I picked up my graduation packet today, which is a bit scary. i've decided not to think about it until i've handed everything in....I think that's pretty much it actually. I will leave you with a couple of pictures!
