the holidays were great except for the fact that i had to work on xmas ...even though it was extra money,I still wanted to be home with the hubby and my cats !
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and I wish everyone a spectacular 2009.

good things about 2008....
-my lump was benign
-i became a first time auntie
-being with the love of my life
-streak(my husbands band) cd came out!
-participated in an art show with my photography
-donated money to cancer research and to the animals (always makes me feel good)

and other happy moments!

bad things about 2008....
-my breast cancer scare
-the surgery
-my friend who passed away
among a few other things.

Time to move on and think positive! YaaaY for 2009!

Wow, i need to update this more often...... .

Everyone doing thier holiday shopping ? We had this huge ice storm last week and my in-laws had to stay with us for 4 days. thier electricity is still out (since last thursday)! I feel so bad for them but i'm glad we can help.
There is supossed to be a huge snow storm here today...8-16 inches so, we shall see! fun fun!
now i must head to work to walk the doggies.

Been busy working and my husband has had a lot of shows so I've been a busy bee but thats good. His cd just came back from mastering so once the art work and such is done,i'll let you know . check him out at www.streakband.net . His name is Chris. He writes everything and paul is the "live" drummer.

I have an art show coming up in October which i'm very excited about. I get to display some of my photography and sell it as well. I can't wait ! I have a lot of good things to look foward to which is nice for a change.

I can't believe its allready September....i love the fall. the smell of fresh apples and pumpkins and apple cider..Mmmmmm! the pretty leaves..i could go on and on. I don't look foward to winter though ,Brrrrrrrrrrr!
