Saw Shrek the Third yesterday.

Is it me or was this movie not hyped as much as all the others coming out this year? Anyway was pretty funny, it also marked the first time I went to a movie theater in over 6 months. I live for movies naturally my dumb ass wants to be a movie director. But, I hate theaters I got to hold sits for like six people all by myself and then yesterday we were first in line to get our seats of they let some physically disabled kids in as they should. We came and took about nine seats next to her. 20 mins later her whole family walks in saying we stole their seats. The poor thing never said anything to us of course I would have given her and them the seats. So now I'm the guy I hate at the movies.

6 months!?! that's crazy! I love movies, and the theater its like a mini break from my reality for me, going to this specific place I associate with other peoples stories, I don't know helps me get into it.

Ha.. I saw that last night too. Good movie, but like you said, not hyped like the rest. Although I thought it was cute, not as good as the first. As with any sequel movie. We went to the drive in though, so no holding seats. And it's ok that you became "that guy" at the movie.. at some point in time we all become "that person" that we all hate. smile

Work was good today. smile

I hate Shrek, but that's just me.

I saw "Georgia Rule" with a youngster (17) because there wasn't anything else playing.
It really wasn't as lame as I thought it would be, it definitely surprised me so far as plot line.

I'm just not a big fan... I think it's kind of annoying.

I like the idea of it.
Guy working for Disney gets passed up for a big promotion.
Guy quits, creates Dreamworks, and makes Shrek, a movie dedicated to making fun of everything Disney.
Shrek means "terror" in two languages.

Just can't get past the sucky part.

I liked Scream when it came out, when I was what, 15?
American Pie I can live without, if it's there I might watch it and chuckle occasionally, but I wouldn't buy the movies. (Our roommate has them..)

Anyway, hope things are going well!

If you're protestant or anglicant, you can still have sex and being a preacher or something. I guess the priest didn't know what he was missing wink hah

My roommates are weird. One thinks she's better than everyone. And one is completely naive to the world. Seriously.. I have grea friends. LoL.

That.. and they're afraid of new people coming in. They don't have the mindset that this is just a place to live until we graduate.

Wow, thanks for the comment on my set ^^
I'm not religious either. I like to study religions, but I don't practice any nor believe in anything. But, it's so interesting to study the impact of religions in societies and in our values system!
