OK time to kill band members! The guitarist suddenly announced he's in a softball league that had it's first meeting the day and time of practice. Mind you he says this the morning OF practice. In the end it was ok, because he never spoke to the bassist like he was supposed to. This is why you can't buy a gun easily in NY... 
The Shanks now has 5 members!!! We officially have more members than complete songs. I love it.
ok I went and shaved the beard, back to just sideburns. I look a bit younger, but not at all as scummy. Yes, I really am this ugly.
Oh yeah! Went back to the gym today and boy I'm feeling... beat, actually. Man that stuff knocks me the hell out. But hey, it will be worth it when I'm more agile and my family's not up my ass to lose weight.

I know my mom can't be a member, but that's because of the same reason I can't take her for more than a few hours at a time.

The Shanks had their first band practice with the full membership. God we suck, I love it. We managed to write two songs, one called "We're the Shanks" (can you tell we're punk), and the other I haven't named yet. Hopefully we can practice from now on on the WEEKENDS so I don't have to be dead for work...
Wow, I'm a jerk. I never checked the comments on my journal, now everyone's gonna think I'm snoty or something. I guess I should take a more active role in this whole community thingee.
