I've slowly started working out again, I'm eating healthier and I've cut red meat out of my diet completely.
I want my old body back. I've gained some weight that I personally am not happy with. So if I'm not happy with something I change it.






It's not even that I want to lose weight, I think I just want to make it a little tighter. I feel soft.
I was thinking of taking up a pole dancing class to get in shape.
Any thoughts? Any dancers out there that can give me pointers?
