Mmmmm...Tomorrow is Knoxville Brewer's fest. 30+ brewers all gathered in one place to geme ME free samples of their wares. Cannot wait. There is immense satisfaction in getting totally shit faced before dark. A sense of accomplishment if you will.

The beer cellering is going well. This promises to be an outstanding winter. I have stocked up on several quality barley wines and Russian stouts, including a few that have aged a couple of years to perfection.
