My hometown bar has been replaced, as of late, with a bright, trendy, "upscale" nightmare. Jacked up prices, jackasses in khakis. The owner is an aging child -- he wears a faux hawk and those awful screen printed t-shirts , even as he edges closer toward forty -- who owns a number of new vacant rental properties near the university.
