OK,
I was gonna attempt a run down on my trip to Glasgow with Supercrush but it would basically be me gushing about how awesome everything was and I have videos and pictures that speak for themselves.
Out of the whole trip, only 2 bad things happened.
First off, at the Guitar Clinic on Monday, Supercrush gave me her new camera which films in Full HD so I could film the whole thing. The camera had a freshly charged battery and a brand new 32GB memory card.
Devin arrived, and I started filming. And 30 seconds in, the camera stopped filming. Restarted. Same thing. FUCK! I passed the camera back to Supercrush and she managed to get it to record for longer, but it would stop at 10 minute intervals. And then, at the end she said that everything was gone and it was stating a card error! NO!!!!
So at this point, the actual Guitar Clinic was done, but Devin being awesome stated that he was gonna stay and sign and take pictures with everyone who wanted....and we didn't have a spare memory card! So Supercrush went out to see if she could get one quickly from a shop in the street and I held our place in the line.
Thankfully, she managed to get one and came back in plenty of time and we got to meet the man himself!
We got our copies of Addicted signed and had a brief chat with him about a couple of music related things and how we had basically named our acoustic group "Numbered" after his song. He was so polite and thankful and courteous, just a true Canadian!
So we were buzzing so hard after the clinic and actually getting to meet the man himself, it was almost like a dream! We were gutted that the memory card had crapped out on us, but figured that someone else would have filmed it all and uploaded it.....and they did! It's worth a watch even if you are not a guitarist as it's very informal but very entertaining!

SO....it turned out that the brand new memory card Supercrush had bought, was faulty. Before we had even got home, she had an email from the supplier saying he had had a load of people saying that cards from that batch were fucked!
So what this meant is that I was able to film a few tracks from the show that night with the new memory card, in HD and I have uploaded them to You Tube!

The rest of the time spent with Supercrush in Glasgow was awesome too. Lots of good food, lots of awesome mind blowing sex and in general it was just really nice to get away and chill the fuck out!
