And in case you don't know what I'm talking about:

Wake County, NC has a new program called "one-stop voting" were regitstered voters can vote in advance of the regular election date at one of a few polling places, including Raleigh's Pullen park starting Saturday, Oct 23. This means that unlike the normal election, everyone in Wake County can vote at the same place on a Saturday. We saw this as an oppritunity to have an event that would bring out voters, espeiclly younger voters, and make voting fun.

In newly democratic countries, voting is a celebration; in the US, it's a chore not unlike picking up dry cleaning or paying bills. We're trying to renew the passion for democracy that has long been dwindling.

WKNC is working with a number of other local groups, including our Student Government and the Youth Voice and Voters Project (yvvp.org), as well as a number of public and private sponsors to host Democracy Fest on the first weekend of one-stop voting. The event will include music, speakers, food, games, and whatever else we can think of to make a party of our deomcratic experience. So, come out and celebrate your right to vote!

My dog Bella is the most wonderful dog on earth...she has had such rough life....this is a picture of her and her tonge....she likes to stick it out at me...she is currently on steroids for a skin problem she has been having for a few months...hopefully it will cure the problem. SHe is having a hip replacement soon...only it cost 4000 dollars and the in a few years she has to have another replacement....but she is worth every damn penny of it and more! okay..i just had to rave about my baby! I love my boyfriend too...hes good!

Its really exciting here...ive been working and working some more and then working alittle more...oh and sleeping and moving joels stuff into my house...yooo yoooo raise hell. There is a new show opening up in the gallery this weekend i really love it all but i can't afford anything. I may splurge and put it on my credit card. Im excited about joel moving in and nervous...we went to the grocery store together and bought family food...we have pixie the cat at my house...she seems to be adapting well..she and Bella my dog are getting more comfortable around each other. I have to get back to work here, but thats new news...yoopie!

here are my boobies in plaster cast..painted bymy friend Rex that did my peacock tatooes. I tis getting auctioned off on Friday...so some stranglet can stare at my bust for eternity i guess with my permission...but most of Raleigh has seen them..minus the plaster. Other than that..my friend sherri that has been staying at my house is moving to Philly tomorrow...im sad and happy. happy because my boyfriend max is moving in...he's taking the month to do so because we have a lot of shit to sell and throw out first...so...that and work..is all that is going on...really exciting ehh.

okay johnnyfive i am updatig this shit...and yes...my boyfriend does use it to look at naked girls....cause im sleeping. I really have nothing much to say. I went to the flea market today...it is closing for about a month for the state fair....remember that place johnnyfive....if not let my portfolio picture remind you!
