I guess I haven't been on in forever. And now I feel like making a comeback. Voila, here I am.

Drama is all over the place these days, and it sucks. But fuck it.

I made the Slam Team, so I'll be going to the National Poetry Slam in Austin, TX in August.

Umm, it's Friday, and I started drinking already. Maybe not so healthy, but whatever. Fuck it. I'm up for some fun. Who's with me?

I guess this is a good place to confess things. Especially because certain people I have a distaste for won't see it here.

An almost-married like myself should not have to suffer heartbreaks like this. After all, I've already found the person I want to spend my life with. I guess this is the trouble that comes with falling in love, to some degree, with everyone you consider near and dear.

Ryan, I know you'll never see this, but oh my god do I miss you. I hope you remember that I wasn't just some crazy girl who wanted in your pants. We were practically a couple, but we were never involved--sidekicks, perhaps? I think about you every day, whenever I hear songs we both like, whenever I watch a horror flick.

Now I've started writing poems about you, so you know it has to be bad. I hope you don't just disappear. That's why I text you sometimes. It's why I will not let go right now. You can't just ditch your best friend from college.

And when I think of how you used to be all "For those I love, I will sacrifice" and such, I know you wouldn't just leave me in the dust.

I hope that we are just bad at keeping in touch with each other. Someday I'll bump into you at some show and it'll be perfect.

I hate having to miss you.

Myself...I had a decent day and I'm just kind of bitchy for no good reason. Maybe I need to engage in more of that last thing that I really loved today. Night night.

Went to an awesome party last night.

Wish I could go to a party like that at least every other weekend, plus more dancing and less rain would be ideal.
