hey kids!! im back from France!! i havnt been updating anything cuz my laptop broke, and Will's been hogging the desktop for his dose of WoW before he has to go back to work on Monday.
Its certainly been an eventful week. We arrived in Paris by train last thursday. 20 minutes after we got off the train Will asked me, "you hav my little bag right?" and i answered him with utter confusion, "what bag?" i had in my hands my hat box, my pillow, my purse, and my suitcase. the little bag wasnt even on my mind. apparently i had left it on the train.
lets see what was in the bag shall we:
*Will's cell phone
*Will's Passport
*my passport
*our hotel info
*our flight info
*Will's wallet, which consisted of:
-Will's california drivers license
-Will's French drivers license
-Will's French ID
-Will's GREEN CARD
-our ATM card
-WaMu credit card
-about 350 Euros in cash
we called the train station's lost and found numerous times but no one ever found it, Sooooooo sightseeing was replaced by trips to the embassy and prefecture, and we ended up having to extend our stay in Paris by two more days.
what a lovely experience to test out our problem solving skills. i give myself an B+ in creative thinking, C- in remaining calm, and i give Will C+ on staying positive, and A+ on speaking French.

i got bangs. pictures shall ensue. my mom is giving me her old camera, so i'll be able to take and post a lot more pics! i told her i dont know want happened to mine; it just stopped working. (with the underlying allegation that she had bought me a cheap one) but the truth is, i had it in my laundry hamper and it accidently went through a cycle in the washing machine.
im a bit dissappointed that my set still hasnt been accepted. i kno its only been a week or so, but the other girl that had her's up in members review the same day as mine turned pink yesterday, and it made me sad that i hadnt. won't you guys help me pimp it please?! link
the sex and the city movie comes out today. its hard to explain why im so excited. my goal in life is pretty much to make enough money that i'll be able to afford all the clothes i want in the world. It sounds ridiculous, but you gotta make a lot of money before you can throw it around on 10,000 dollar purses. not to mention the closet space. and you gotta hav a 401K plan too (im not sure what it really is, i just know it has to do with retirement). otherwise its just sad. oh ya another goal is to eat whatever i want everyday and not get fat. although thats more of a wish than a goal.
i would really like to eat a whole cake right now.
speaking of cakes and pastry, IM GOING TO FRANCE IN TWO WEEKS!! i am so excited. although, the other day it kinda hit me that i dont speak the language AT ALL. i've taken one 11-week course on French language and culture. i'm pretty down with the history stuff we went over, but as far as the language, i've mastered 2 verbs. ok i kno four verbs half-assedly so its like 2 combined. We are staying in Bordeaux for most of the month, then spending a couple days in Paris with one of Will's best friends that he used to watch porn with when they were 12. good deal.
i made broccoli beef last night for the first time and it was straight up chinese restaurant quality.
