It's been forever...but life seems to happen that way sometimes. Shit hits the fan and then time flies...September caused a toothache and I quit my "daily exercise" (aka my "night job") to recover and opted to not return. But that's what happens when work is frustrating, you want to kill your roommate *eye twitch*, and your situation looks to be a dead end...

So the roommate situation is different now (yes I hate the new ones, but I don't have to interact with them at home & work like the last one - yay). And I've been pursuing my art more, woo hoo for creative outlets, and debating how to get back into an exercise routine that is satisfactory to me but doesn't involve dealing with bitter wenches...

It seems to be a rough time around lately, I find myself aggravated a lot and I know that attracts even more less than nice things to happen but it is easy to have low morale when everything around you seem shitty. Then of course there is the fact that the most beautiful flowers can grow out of the worst shit!

So finally coming out of that dark nothingness known as "being idle" I seem to visit every now and again. Recently got some crazed inspiration to make and finish two widely different pieces and put them up in my store. I'm really excited about both, to the point that I have been blabbing about my necklace and the pretty box I painted every chance I get!

I swear my dog watches tv. I've seen her do it - just trying to catch her with the camera and I seem to be failing at that. She's great though, she's got such a personality and is a talker now (thanks to me encouraging the hell out of her). She's loving and sweet and just wants attention from her mama, and I love it - I'm eternally grateful that I got her

Today apparently is productivity day...

I went and applied for a day job (night job is tiring and doesn't involve benefits or insurance), went to the bank, went hunting for an anthology including my favorite author for the only short story of hers I haven't read, met a friend for coffee & discussion of random things, dealt with some dumb phone calls and VMs.

Now I'm at home doing paperwork, listening to my Pandora, and trying to set things up so I can start my ledger for my stores on Etsy and stop being a bug about it...

While it's great to be in a new place, some of the irritations that come along with new roommates, new people, new whatever else are far from worth the convenience of a "better" living situation.

On the other hand I hate people and don't really get along with anyone with a pulse so....maybe it's just me. Okay, very likely it's 90% me.

On the bright side, at least my new roomie is better than the last one most of the time. And I didn't have to move far. And the coup de grace - I found some of my writing during the move! (I was seriously freaking out because I didn't know where it was and was worried it had gotten lost in my last move - which would have been awful due to the fact that it's all the original copies that I'm working on putting into electronic format FINALLY and I would have cried about it too.)

Okay, so my sincerest to everyone who had commented on my photoset and NOT gotten a reply about it! I'm working through them right now! I hadn't realized where exactly to go to look at comments and likes, and was very turned around about when the set would be able to be viewed and well yes, I will admit to a severe string of blonde moments

Idiocy now averted, we're taking a pleasant detour (gotta love inside jokes) to check out the scenery and actually catch up.

I have a new addition to my household - "Aggie" rott mix, totally is a Batman impersonator, she has a mask and she rules!

I am considering getting her a cape and letting her run around the back yard while I video tape or take pictures...

Rhonda is trying to kill me...seriously...she refused to work last night, in fact, she just wanted to keep going and drag me along with her. I asked her to stop, she said no, I told her to stop, she said "fuck you"....somehow we made it home and I've decided I am not going out with her anytime soon - crazy bitch. And yet, I still have to get to work and she's my rides so I have to circumvent her. Serves her right though bein' mean to me like that...

I have recently spoken to another model friend of mine and I remarked how "I have too much time on my hands" when I have time to create such things:



Her reply was, "If only you could use it for good."

Me: "No why use it for good, when I can use it for funny!?"

Cat: "Well at least you won't use it for bad."

Me: "Well...I could use it for naughty."

These are the sorts of conversations I have with people at 3 am. I find them amusing upon slight reflection. HA.
