Oh, finally Friday!

How're my friends around here lately? I've been quite remiss in catching up with lots of you, for that I'm very sorry! I'm in the midst of a personal reboot, so forgive my silence for a bit longer! Just making decisions, resolutions, etc etc. Had to reconsider what to do about a photographer now that Miz Flux has made her exit! So, if anyone knows that a staff 'tog is making their way down I-95, PLEASE let me know!

So, last night at dress rehearsal, I danced to music with the fire palms for the first time.
There is something incredibly sexy about dancing with fire. It's almost like riding a roller coaster. You get this incredible rush, this adrenaline surge, full of fear and excitement and just indescribable emotion. I felt so sexy, and awesome.
Today is the recital. Our number is about 3 dances in, so we'll be done early. Wish me luck!

Ok, so, despite my COMPLETE lack of motivation, I will update.
I've been waaaay less than active around here recently, and I am sorry to the four friends I have left. Well, hopefully it's more than four. But going through my friend's latest blogs, it does seem like a lot of you guys are cycling out! I guess I'll have to be more active so I can make new friends, since all of you are leaving me.

So, what's been going on with me?
Well, our dance studio is having it's yearly recital, and we always take part, so we just finished choreographing a piece for it. (This is my troupe, not my class.) The recital is in less than 2 weeks. We are so fucking on top of it! But I think it'll be a good piece. The theme for the recital is "The Wizard of Oz", and we're the tornado. We're doing a sort of "elements of the earth" type feel, and I'm fire, so I'm playing with my brand spanking new fire palms! I'm stoked. They look kinda like this:

Other than that, not a helluva lot is going on! I'm learning to play with website-making. I've decided our store website needs some sprucing, and I had no clue about designing them, so my love is helping me learn to use FrontPage. He's wonderful. And a very good teacher.

On the modeling front, I haven't done much lately. I do still want to be an SG, but lately I've had a lot of emotional crap going on. I need to get offa my ass and do a set. So, any encouragement you wanna send my way, I'll take. Go ahead! Anyone? No? Fine, be that way. See if I care.

No, seriously. I lack a lot of motivation for anything right now. I'm hoping it's just a short phase, and I can shake it loose soon. I like to be excited and motivated to get shit done, so I'm really hoping this moves on soon! Anyway, I hope you guys have an awesome week.

In other news, class just started up again, so here we go again! Full class again. I always dread the first few nights, because people are uptight and embarrassed. It always takes a few weeks for them to relax and start to "get it". Eh, they'll come around.

Thing two is, our store just acquired 2 really old arcade games to put in. The thing is, they've been in storage for 10 years, so they're not exactly in tip-top shape. But they work, and I SUCK at them!!! The worst thing is they didn't have any keys with them, so I've been trying to pick the locks for 3 days now, which I know NOTHING about! So if anyone knows how to get into them so we can replace the locks, or where I could get replacement keys, please let me know! They're crowding up the back room right now! It's a Ms PacMan and a Galaga knock off called Moon Alien part 2.
I lost to everyone in the store last night. I suck They teased me. Even my boy. I'll kick his ass for it later though, and then we get to make up. I love to make up.
