ok, so I haven't been on here in a while cause I haven't had regular access to a computer since a friend has been sleeping in the room which houses the computer I would normally use. She is moving out today so hopefully that'll change. I got contacts wednesday and I'm still trying to get used to them. I'm getting the hang of the installation/ removal process, though. Now I just have to go get some sunglasses.
Also on a positive note, I'm gonna be in Vegas for my cousin's 21st birthday on Labor Day weekend. Never had a chance to party there, so I'm looking forward to it.

yeah, so i'm a dork. i always have been and always will be. even though my outward appearances have changed fairly drastically over the last few years (lost a ton of weight, actually style my hair, dress better) i'm still the same shy, goofy guy.
i don't know why i brought this up but it popped into my head all of a sudden. feels good when people can accept me for who i am. i feel like i'm constantly being judged by those around me even when they probably don't give a rats ass.
my Jeep is once again roadworthy! i've still got a long list of shit to do before next weekend's trip to the 'con, but i'm feeling confident about my abilities to get everything done. i'll have to take some pictures of the thing now that it's rolling again (not that i'll be able to post them on here) still haven't figured out how to resize pics.

In my last blog I mentioned a blind date... that went surprisingly well. I actually clicked with this girl. Not only that, but I find her attractive. WHATTHEFUCK?WHATTHEFUCK? Now I feel like a bit of an ass for complaining about being set up, but who gives a shit anyway? That's what I do best.

Happy sunday everybody! As I type this I am at my cousin's house drinking. We're heading down to Laguna Beach tomorrow to install a shitload of art glass. Although it's work, I can't complain. We're being flown down, get $75 per diem, and hotel rooms. I've never been down to that area, but I'm sure I can find some trouble to get into.

I find it funny how my being awkward and shy(ok, introverted) in person transfers over to the internet. I go on a few of these "social networking" websites like facebook and myspace and SG, but I still can't help but feel like a stranger all the time. I don't know if there is some kind of etiquette involved or if I just make myself look like a douche.

I think I fucking tore my rotator cuff on my left shoulder yesterday. No pain, no gain.... I think? The bad part is that I've been waiting for a major injury for a long time. Side effect of the job. I really don't want to do anything about it, though. If I can't work for a while, I'll end up going crazy. Working and having something to do are what keep me somewhat grounded. It keeps me distracted from my issues.
If the pain persists and I can't lift my arm without so much effort I suppose a doctor is in my future.

i am now officially eight days away from my first tattoo appointment in 3 years! stoked. hopefully i can get this whole picture posting thing figured out so i can post some pics of the finished product. it's being done by donavan kinyon at garage ink in napa. super cool dude with a lot of talent.

gonna be working in carmel for the next two days which is nice because the weather is fantastic. nevermind the fact that the glass i will be setting weighs close to 600 lbs. that's not important.

it's been way too long since i've posted anything so I thought i'd spit at ya'.
saw ratatat at the fillmore on april fools. it was awesome except for the fact that 75% of the crowd was really young and annoying. on a positive note, the show was over relatively early so i was able to head to edinburgh castle to throw back another few pints before eating at tommy's joint at 1:30 am! went to work on thursday with not quite 3 hrs of sleep and felt awesome!
not that it matters much but my jeep will be running by the end of the week (hopefully). i've done so much work to it recently and with the weather we've been having round here lately i really want that p.o.s. running.
supposed to be going on a blind double date with my cousin and his babies momma sometime. not sure when or even what all will be going on, but kinda excited. i haven't been on a date in forever, and even though i hate blind dates i'm stoked cause she sounds like a cool chick. sounds like we have a lot in common, which isn't common with me. obviously if it goes well, i will be shouting about it on here.
