Customarily, I don't make it a habit to use self shot smart phone mirror pictures as reference. However, there is an exception to nearly every rule.

Case in point, tonight's sketch:


I had three interesting opportunities with this sketch.

1. The chance to attempt more subtle rendering, and keep the toning simplistic.

2. The color contrast of the bathing suit, which I thought might make for a cool effect.

3. Eveski's shoulders. Always fun to draw.

And that's why this sketch is the exception to the rule.
