Blind idealism... I love it... By what other means could I be entertained on SG??? Ohh, yeah, nakedness... But alas, not every penny of my [insert payment plan here] goes toward sets of the beautiful and intelligent (relatively speaking)... Some of that hard earned cash appears to support the stupidity that is, the SG boards... News that isn't really news, current events I couldn't care less about, lifestyle issues of the desperate and bored... Odd that I find these things more entertaining that the silliness board which should inherently be, entertaining... Words of wisdom: liberal is not synonymous with intelligent, morals do not come in dichotomies, just because you think you are right does not mean that you are (a world in which you are wrong is not necessarily a different world from the one in which you live), bitching accomplishes nothing, sarcasm is not funny nor is it endearing (even in small doses), being a pro-life liberal does not make you a freak (assuming that you must adhear to the belief structure adopted by any group, religious or otherwise puts you under the category of unimaginative cockrocket - conservative and liberal are labels for those who haven't yet learned to think for themselves), assuming that the entire concept of abortion can be summized by the pro-choice/pro-life dichotomy is ludicriously naive (being a male, it would be presumptuous of me to assume that my opinion is really relavent, however, a woman's body isn't the only thing in question and maybe it would be better for the welfare family to not have that tenth child)...

So much more I could say, but what I have already written has been cathartic enough for one day... Maybe I should just stay away from the boards... It's like a trainwreck that I can't avoid staring at... No matter how disturbing, imbicilic, or naive, it's as though the links open by themselves, taking control of my index finger (well, some finger depending on current activity)... Yup... It's amazing how fast I can type when I avoid words I don't use during chat... Like ambiotic and esoteric... fun... anti-dis-establishment-arian-ism... penises... and vaginas... BBBUUUUUUUUTTTTTTSSSSSEEEEEXXXXX.... THEY TUK ERR JABSS!!! DERKER DIGGER...

I suppose I should post somewhat of an introductory journal, thought I have yet to accumulate SG friends... This is my second appearance on SG, though the state I was in prior to the termination of my subscription was much different than it is now... I have been clean for more than five months now, save coffee and a powerful urge to take up smoking which I haven't done sober in two years...

I'm graduating in the fall with a B.A. in psychology; hopefully after a solid break in which manual labor will consume the majority of my day, I hope to to obtain a M.A. in counseling psychology while powering through the 1500 hours necessary for CDC certification in the state of Washington... Prolly work with adolescents, hopefully not too many as fucked up as I was not five or six years ago...

Anyways... Yup... Not much in the mood to articulate something profound, nothing to make this introductory passage worth reading, but there it is...
