so Valentine's Day is coming up next week. That's means more people spending money on flowers and candy and shit. I used to be a fan of this "holiday" but now I'm starting to wonder,who is Valentine's Day for anyway? It's certainly not for DUDES! Atleast not single dudes anyway. Why bother with the flower and candy routine if you're single? Now to all my married friends and friends in a relationship, what do you do for Valentine's Day? And to all my single friends, both male and female, do you do anything special for V-day or is it just another lame-ass holiday?

HOLY SHIT! It's February already. Next month will be my 4th year on SG! I think all the 09ers should have one big party! Since February is the shortest month of the year, I'm gonna keep this blog short and sweet...by posting some hot young SG Hopefuls

Ok, A couple of years ago I made my foray into the world of steampunk, not wearing costumes or going to conventions but writing a teleplay I started back when I was in high school. It's called CLOCKWORK D. It's about these guys who make a giant robot by combining different vehicles similar to VOLTRON, only it's set in Victorian England. Back in the 80s I was just gonna have it be more 80s like but back in 2010 I deciced to revive it and make it steampunk. I've already written the synopsis and developed the characters but I need a little more input, especially from my UK friends. Here's some of what I got so far:

Happy HUMP day everybody! If you read my profile you probly know i do animation and graphic design. I tried to play my demo reel on the computer but it wouldn't work so I just made a video to promote it.

Ok, I forget to mention in my last blog about my recent trip to LAS VEGAS! Back in September I entered a contest on The Mix 101.9 here in Chicago courtesy of Anderson Cooper and won. It was a trip for 2 for 2 day and 3 nights in Caesar's Palace, all expenses paid plus a buffet at tickets to Shania Twain. Well, I couldn't find anybody to go with me at the last minute so i went solo. I left on December 8th and came back on the 10th. I got a shitload of pics too!

That place was NUTS! Even the airports have slot machines in them. And EVERYBODY on the strip is a performer or some kind of artist. My kinda town!

YO! I'm BACK! New year new attitude. 2013 is here and we all survived the apocalypse. How's everybody's 2013 so far? I'm hoping for bigger and better things this year. Who knows, maybe even romance.

Ok, so I saw the TOTAL RECALL remake last night. It was ok, but Colin Ferrell is no Shwarzeneggar. About the only thing that would garner a PG-13 rating was the girl with 3 boobs. It seems the the whole thing was an homage to the original. They took out the whole Mars element and had some lame political plot. Not to spoil it but in 2084 Earth has been ravaged by war and only 2 continents exist. The United British Nations or some shit and The Colony which is in Australia. Workers have to travel on this giant elevator dubbed "The Fall" that travels past the earth's core. Cohaggen wants to control the Colony with his synthetic police. Visually stunning. great special FX, but the story lacked. They should have just kept the Mars sub-plot. Kate Beckinsale is both Lori (Doug's wife) and Ritcher (Micheal Ironside's character from the original) and Jessica Biel as Melina. Which gets confusing when they fight since they're BOTH brunettes! What I loved about this movie was the fight scene in the elevator (a more conventional one not The Fall) It was ok, but the original is WAY better! also NO FUCKING KUATO!!!!

YO! It's August already. summer 2012 is turning out to be pretty lackluster. I'm hoping I get to go to SDCC next year. *keeps fingers crossed* I made a new video with better sound than my last one.
