I had to call the cops on a couple of junkies this afternoon. I'm running a friend's business while she's out of town, and these two guys sat down outside the front door. They closed the security gate, and were sitting in the 4' of space between the front door and the security gate, and they started shooting up.

Working in the fashion district, right on the outskirts of skid row, I should've expected this sort of thing to happen sooner or later. The guys just wouldn't leave when I told them to. I hated having to call the cops, but I had no other recourse. They prevented deliveries from both UPS and the US Post Office in the 40 minutes they sat there. The cops showed up an hour after they left.

... fuckin' cops...

My boss went out of town Friday... I'm running the whole show from then 'till the second following monday.

Saturday, as I'm pulling away from the curb, some jerk decides he's going to try to have a head-on collision with me. He moves over to the wrong side of the street and I veered back to the curb, narrowly avoiding the accident.

Tonight, I'm walking to a nearby bar and some kids throw an egg. They miss by ten feet. I ran to my car and chased after them, but lost them.

A longtime rival made his first reply to a livejournal post I made about the Armenian Holocaust. His reply was anti-semetic, showing that he doesn't know these were different events in different decades perpetrated by different people.

Tonight, I'm walking back from the bar and some jerk on a bicycle runs straight at me. I stood my ground and didn't jump out of his way. He doesn't run into me. After he passed, he shouted at me while I gave him the "bring it!" body gesture.

Is everyone going crazy!?!?!?!
