Thank you for the happy birthdays!! I had an absolutely phenomenal time in California, filled with lots of great surprises and some incredible birthday gifts from my baby. I will have a proper blog ready soon, complete with a fuckton of pictures. Yes, and that's a cubic fuckton, if you were wondering
♥

Back again! I'm missing everyone quite terribly, but I've been so damn busy lately that SG has been pushed to the wayside, unfortunately.
Recap of joker_'s birthday week -
Arrived in San Francisco last Wednesday, and I got to give him his present.

Not bad, eh?
We then went to meet his brother and his brother's boyfriend at their adorable little apartment in LoPa before going out to dinner in the Marina district. All I have to say is - Greens Restaurant is phenomenal. Amazing food, an incredible view, and the company was fantastic.
Thursday was spent in San Francisco, walking around Union Square, checking out The Dark Knight at the Metreon and having dinner at our standby, Lori's Diner. After which, I gave my leftovers to a hungry homeless guy before stopping by a great place for cocktails, port, and some ridiculously delicious crème brûlée.
We headed back up into Sonoma County the next day, but not before discovering that the hotel manager had arranged for a bottle of champagne to be waiting for joker_ to take home with us. I love little surprises like that. The actual birthday was really low key: watching movies and asian takeout. I couldn't have asked for anything better than time alone with my birthday boy. ♥
Saturday was BBQ day, and we had some friends over for the day while I grilled. We'd spent the morning cleaning and cooking, so by the time everyone got there, it was nice to sit back with a glass of wine and hang out. A lot of wine later, Caj and I were in rough shape the next morning . . . but thankfully that passed quickly, considering we had to make the drive to Sacramento to hang out with his family.
Sacramento was great, we stayed at his parents house on Sunday night, and hung out with the family that night and the next day. Caj has a really great family (who likes me), it's really, really nice.
And now I'm back home! Which will only last a week, actually. Next Tuesday (my birthday!!) I'll be flying back out westward to celebrate my birthday with Caj, who has some birthday surprise trip all planned that we'll be taking! ♥ I can't wait.
I hope everyone is well, I miss you all!!!

And so, another amazing (long)weekend was had with my beautiful man! Though for being a long weekend together, it went by entirely too fast.
My bed is so damn lonely.
Also, I didn't have the internet for a good two weeks there. But it's back, now. I'll catch up on blogs at some point here.
Love you all,
♥

So, San Francisco was amazing, just like always. Prom was hella fun (and yes, I did just say "hella"), and I'm so glad I got to meet all of the incredible people I did!!
My one regret? Drinking the ungodly amount that I did. . . . leading to the hangover to end all hangovers on Sunday. Gah, it was bad. But you know. . . it was worth it.
So, thank you, to all of the people I had the phenomenal luck to be able to meet! Can't wait to see you all again sometime.
It'll happen. Oh yes, it will happen. Also - I know that some of you have pictures. I distinctly remember being in some. . . even though I forgot to bring a camera of my own. I'll be waiting to see all of them, thankyouverymuch.
Ok, so, I've got some pictures! The lovely Jaylin got a couple outside -

And joker_ and I -

The rest of the trip was spent with my beautiful man: seeing the sights, meeting friends, and relaxing together. I swear, I have never been so lucky to have someone like him in my life. I know! I know, mush. Deal with it. When's the last time you were up until 6:30 AM, laughing, talking, cuddling, and wrestling in the dark? Yeah, that's what I thought. I really am happier than I've ever been. ♥
In other news, looks like joker_ and I are going to be taking a trip up to Portland sometime soon. We've both wanted to see it for a while, but meeting the awesome people that we did has completely ensured it now. Wooooh!
Be well, friends.
