This year is getting busier and busier. I'm never on here anymore. In the past month I've been asked to be in three more show! If all goes well I'll be in 12 this year.
The big news is I was contacted by Coffee Bean & Tea-Leaf to design a poster for their Barista Challenge this coming weekend here in Hollywood at Siren Studios.


Even better, they offered me wall space to display and sell my art! If you're in Hollywood this coming weekend and want some free coffee and see/buy some art come on by. I'll be there Friday night for sure.

I'll also be in the "INLE" Group Exhibit at Gallery 1988 which opens March 11th
Its a huge show with almost 100 artist and is based on the Black Rabbit in Richard Adam's Watership Down.
I can't Wait!

My Landlord has raised our rent $630 a month (a 53% raise) starting in April. There is no way MorningStar and I can afford this so we are going to move. We need to get enough Money together for a new Security Deposit so I've put most of My paintings On Sale! If there ever was a time you've thought of buying one (or two) of my paintings now is the time. Thanks.

Once again I'm part of an art show for Sanrio. Its called Sanrio's Small Gift L.A. and its to celebrate Sanrio's 50th Anniversary. It opens this Friday Nov.12th MorningStar's birthday. (he's being a real trooper celebrating his birthday for the second year in a row with Hello Kitty.)

Tonite I was discussing SG with another member and I told them that altho I have tattooed a few members that Sg has not been a big draw for business for me... what I forgot to add was that SG has been a great place for me to meet some of the most Amazing people I know.. I had forgotten that.. Thank you SG and thank you friends, you are amazing..

I'm trying to get over a cold. I've been fighting it for a week.
Still crazy busy at the tattoo shop. I'm booked up almost a month in advance.

OMG! I can't believe its been so long since I last updated!
I've been crazy busy at the tattoo shop. I've had to bring drawings home to work on almost every week. I thought when I got out of school I wouldn't have homework any more!
My art has been going well. Just sold one of my favorite pieces to a guy in Atlanta!
I'm off to Comic-Con tonight. Hopefully make some new contacts and see old friends.
The Annual Crazy 4 Cult show was last weekend. A few of my pieces sold. I got interviewed by G4 again. Director Kevin Smith calls himself a "Misha Completionest" in the video!!!!! LOL!!!

What a busy weekend!!
Got to hang out in the green room of Jimmy Kimmel Live on Friday night. LOST'S creators Damon & Carlton gave Jimmy the painting I did of him. Unfortunately they didn't mention my name like they were suppose too. Oh well, I'm just glad my artwork got seen on national t.v.

Spent Saturday recovering from the week before. I started coming down with a cold and fought it for a few days but today it finally took over. I had to call into work this morning and have been sleeping most of the day. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow.
