Well, i finally saw the spectacle that is Avatar this afternoon.


Caught the 3-D version, and yes, it is quite a stunning film visually. But after about an hour or so of that, the shitty dialogue and character development kill any amazing visual experience you might be having. Typical corny one liners are sprinkled in, and i was laughing at times, and not in a good way.

Entertaining film though overall, but not anything id be watching again.

Ill give it solid C for dumbed down entertainment. But without the visual experience, this movie would NOT be breaking records.

Im liking the new job, but these overnights wreak havoc on your sleep schedule!..But the people are cool and the job is right up my alley. I just need to get into a routine. Whats everyone up to for New Years?...Im scheduled to attend a house party, but that could change. I hope to tear it up somewhat. SAFELY of course

We had to return the Tree i bought. In all the excitement of actually buying the tree, and only paying 20 bucks for it, i failed to realize the height and girth of the beast tree. I took off about 6 inches at the top when i got it home, but it still barely made the ceiling. So we hauled it back that night, JUST AT CLOSING TIME, right out of the friggin movies, and grabbed a nice, mid size one. Was very festive.

I finally caught up to the the rest of the world today and bought an IPOD! Its a Nano, 8GB. Im thinking i should have broken down and gotten the 250 dollar one, seeing as i have over 2000 songs on Itunes, but this one will do for now. I cant believe i havnt had one up until this point.

Busy week. I am officially back on the road after 2 years! Passed the test with flying colors. I actually drove myself into work all week!...Feels surreal that its been this long and i am like a 16 year old with the keys to dads car! Finally, i can start enjoying life to its fullest again. Bring it on!

My friend just said id make a great Lycan. I guess thats a good thing. I think she wants me.

This week was a blur of work and turkey dinners. Relaxing today and tomorrow. Maybe squeeze a workout in tonight. Coffee is good this morning.

Off to bed early. Up at 6. Errands to run before heading over the sisters for Turkey Day.
