into: There's this thing that happens when you're making something with your hands, and your straining against the material (the weight, or tension, or whatever) its like your mind and body are perfectly connected, and there's this sensation that never quite leaves you...There are some paintings that I remember the making of so well; they've become a part of me. It's addicting, meditative, painful and beautiful.
