There are two paths you can walk
on this trip of fate,
and to those two paths,
two more each to chose.

I have walked them all,
on the high road and the low
finding the one that's hardest to take,
is the one which strengthens the soul.

It is a lesson learned
These scars I've earned
and tomorrow may find me worthy
at least for today
This path I will stay
Until a sunrise finds me dirty

For that is the destiny
we all must face
to pass again beyond

and face the harvest
that we each reap
once the morning
no longer is won.
