Just found out that my parents are getting a new puppy!



She's a golden doodle! They haven't named her yet though. I just know that I can't wait to get back from Korea to see her, even if she won't be a little puppy anymore!

Hey! Another half update that no one will read! Well...if you are reading it then good for you! My life is uninteresting and almost on the verge of depressing if I didn't have a few good things out there to look forward to...like ricotta pancakes at my favorite breakfast place when I get back to the states.

In the mean time, I try to listen to good music and I just recently discovered this band. From what I've seen they only have two albums (most recently in March this year and the other released in 2009), a single and I believe an EP. This band is called Japandroids and I only happened to find out about them because I was listening to a podcast of NPR's All Things Considered and after hearing just the short soundbites of their songs I almost immediately bought the album. I've now listened to it numerous times, and this is my favorite song from their newest album Celebration Rock

Alright it's official. I really need to start looking into philosophy...and not just Nitzsche or even Machiavelli. Ghost in the Shell (especially Stand Alone Complex) delves into a lot of philosophy dealing with the duality of the material with the consciousness...and it's something that I should look into a lot more. After all...aren't we in the developed world society moving closer and closer to having technology becoming literally a part of ourselves? Where does the body end and the "ghost" begin?

I never get as vocal playing other games as I do when I play CoD. I used to rage quite a bit when I played, but I think I'm getting better at it and just being struck with disbelief when I get killed numerous times. It's funny because you'd think I'd get used to it considering that when I play I die quite a bit more than than get kills, but it's still frustrating.

Oh well...so I guess there's one or two games where I'm not amazing at, but still! Bullshit kills! Bullshit!

Wow...just...wow.

Ok so I have Netflix, and I discovered recently that they have the original Power Rangers on, so I decided to watch an episode.

All I have to say is wow. It's just...terrible. Normally I get really nostalgic about things from my childhood, like the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, or even Sesame Street clips and the like...but Power Rangers is just bad all around. I mean really if I have to say "what the fuck" more than three times before the episode is even half over then something is wrong!

Just beat ME3...chose the synthesis ending. Not really sure how I feel about it at the moment. I mean sure I won but...what really happened? I dunno...I guess maybe I'm just a little disappointed after having invested so much into my characters that the ending didn't really wow me.
