So the blue hair is being dyed. It sucks because I really like it, but i have to start working around museums and working/interviewing people who run museums, which means that a more 'professional' look is required/ strongly recommended. I'm hoping that I will be able to get a work study in a museum on campus called 'Doak House'. They work with local schools a lot and I wanna work with the kids. I think I may find a way to incorporate education into my degree. It's just a thought.
I got a speeding ticket in Georgia on sunday on my way back from florida. I was on I-75 north, just south of ATL when I got pulled over by a state trooper. It sucked. My dad had been bitching at me for about 20 minutes and I was trying to watch all of the damn speed traps, but i guess I just got sucked into the flow of traffic. I have to call tomorrow to find out how much it is. I really can't afford this right now!
Monday should be the day that he comes home. Whether or not I get to see him is a different story, but I am willing to walk back to knoxville to see him. he looks really rough. Like he has been living in the backwoods for months. From what I hear, there are about 60 guys to a 5 shower room with 1 shower that works. MMMM..... stanky.....

Oh yeah, my poor little ferret, Weasel, died yesterday. My younger brother took it pretty hard. It's been rough on everybody. RIP.

I guess I will clarify what my life has been like lately. I feel like I owe you guys that.
- My stepmom lost her job. It's not like we are gonna loose our house, but things are gonna be really rough. I'm glad that my dad and I took out extra money on my loan, which means that I have money to survive and get gas to get back and forth from home to school.
- My dad isn't adjusting very well to my moving. It hurts to know that he misses me so much. I'm glad that he is finally going to the doctor to get help for his neck, which has been hurting him for years now. On the bright side, he is also trying to quit smoking!!!! Yay for my daddy!
- My photography class is kicking my ass in a way. It's only 18 days long, so everything we do is in a frantic rush. It was also really expensive. I had to spend about $200 on this class including the class fee and the supplies I had to get, like film and photo paper. It's really cool though because it's all black and white, manual photography. I like that aspect of it. I've also learned how to use a darkroom, which has been a big goal of mine for a very long time.
- A 'friend' of mine is now in jail and it's really hard. Twice today his friends from NY have called me to explain to me what is going on and to get my info so I can be put on the list to go visit. I'm missing him something awful right now.
- This isn't something that is stressing me out but I thought i would share anyway. My set is still pending, but I believe it's because Rigel is gone for 2 weeks. She will be back in Sept, so maybe then I will hear something.
- Overall, the people at school are awesome. I love it there. It's just been a crappy week for me personally, but I'm trying really hard to keep a stiff upper lip and carry on. AGAIN, thank you awesome guys for being there. I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!!! X X

X Xmy fucking life is falling apart. that's it. it's being fuckin shattered into a million fucking pieces. I fuckin give up. I'm a good person and I try hard to succeed, but life seems to want to fucking anally rape right now. fuck this shit. I'm so fucking sick of it. Why is it that pieces of shit can just skate through life but those who actually fucking contribute to society and try hard just get fucked? Ok, I will expand on my previous post before I head off for dinner!
- My super Nintendo binge last night was Super Mario World in the guys dorms. I was exhausted! Tom and I beat it. Not hard, but it was time consuming while we were just bullshittin. He walked me across campus at like 3am. I'm sure it looked bad coming out of the guy dorms at 3 am stumblin around.
- My roommate is super nice. I slept right through my alarm, but she still let me shower before her. I think that was awfully nice of her. Her side of the room is black and pink. Mine is green and brown. We are seriously clashing. Like SERIOUSLY!

- Everyone here is an alcoholic. Major. Actually, I think it is a major here....
- Sitting in the Cafeteria is beautiful. If you get one of the good tables, you can sit and look out at the mountains. I love it. I have the same view from my dorm window. Just beyond the parking lot is nothing but green! (Hence Greeneville!)
- I'm loving the people. There are people who rock and some that you can't help but laugh at! I get a kick out of the ghetto-ness of many of the people here.
- In general, it's way better than anything! I love being able to come and go as I please and just chill. I don't what it will be like when classes actually start, but we'll see.
- Oh I didn't tell you guys! I have a big ol blue bunion! I dyed my hair blue on Wednesday! It's hilarious and it serves as a great ice breaker.
- My set is currently in 'Pending' mode, whatever the hell that means.....

So i'm already falling into bad habits. Last night, my first night at school, I was out until 3 am in another dorm playing super Nintendo. I was dog ass tired when I got in. I climbed up all the stairs and sneaked into my room. My roommate was out like a light and 'Elimadate' was still on the tv. Well, now it's about 7:30am and I am exhausted!!!!! Dear god I want to go back to sleep, but I have assessment testing from 8:30 - 12. Bleh!!! Somebody give me a breakfast muffin to lay my head upon!
So yesterday was my last day at my awesome job in the mall. My sugar momma manager gots me a cookie cake that said "We (Heart) U Monica". I wanted to cry like a little girl. They had hired a new girl to take my place, and she is awesome. I love her to death. I really wish I wasn't leaving, but I can work during the holidays if I'm free, which is cool.
Thursday mornin at about 8, I should be moving into my room at school. I'm yet to talk to my roommate, because she hasn't answered the number the school gave me to reach her. My aunt bought me a fridge and mircrowave, so I am set. I went out today and bought a bunch of stuff that i need for school and only spent like $30 bucks by goin to the Dollar Tree.
I feel remarkably Southern at this moment. My stepmom asked me what I wanted to eat tonight and I wanted pinto beans and corn bread. I got what I wanted and boy howdy was it good! Other than the pinto beans, i recently acquired a yank friend, who makes me feel like a little hick sometimes. He makes fun of my constant use of the word 'ain't' and how I like to say 'I was fixin' to do that!'. I think I'm a sweet little southern gal.
I'm waitin patiently (or almost anyway) to hear from SG about the status of my photographs.... Don't make me go get my deer huntin rifle, SG! I'm drunk and my wife ain't here for me to knock around the trailer, so I'm gonna have to take it out on somebody!
My new computer, which should be here by the end of the month, has a built in cam so I hope to be able to put up a video of my goofy ass-ness soon!!!!
