MINMIN SAYS: “My honey has a crazy sweet tooth, so I decided to make some yummy chocolate cupcakes one day. The cupcake mix was great, but the recipe for the chocolate frosting really got me carried away! I wanted to share it with you- trust me, it's de-lish! Sharon's Favorite Chocolate Frosting: 1/3 cup butter, melted 3 oz melted & cooled unsweetened chocolate 2-3 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup sour cream ("light" works too!) 2 tsp vanilla Mix butter and cooled chocolate thoroughly. Blend in sugar. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Beat until smooth. And voila! Sinfully delicious, amazingly rich chocolate frosting for all of your various desserts!
