This was at bus bench down the street from my house a few years ago. I found this picture the other day and it made me realize how time flies by. I don't want to grow up.

The last day at the Villa, Albertine, Sawa and I were packing gear just inside the windows in the background and I could hear Cherry and Yuki laughing. Good, good, times. Everything about this set is gorgeous.

I've got a full time job for the first time in my professional career. Weird. I think that is the first time I've ever said "my professional career." Professional might be a stretch. Life is good, I have weekends off which is amazing, I've been missing Florida lately, and the new Modest Mouse record has been stuck on repeat. I like my paragraphs scrambled and my hangovers over easy.

Funny how the best year ever can turn to total shit in less than a week. It goes something like this, get back from an epic surf trip, all of my clothes are stolen out of a dryer, I get dumped, and I'm broke.
Oh, lovely day.

Perfect Perfect Perfect
Just spent a month in Maui doing what some would call work but I considered it a vacation. Lots of fun, lots of cool people, lots of laughing, lots of lots of things. Now I'm on vacation for a month and a half. Indonesia etc... here I come.. I'll be out of contact with everything so leave a message at the beep.
